Recently Jeff Eubank, Owner/President of Jeff Eubank Roofing Co., Inc. decided to share his knowledge of the roofing industry to assist parties in the Appraisal Process.
Jeff Eubank was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He grew up in the roofing industry. His father founded a roofing company in 1960 and Jeff worked for him learning the business until 1988 when he split off and started his own firm. Jeff attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. As owner and President of Jeff Eubank Roofing Co., Inc. he has been making sure that his firm provided quality workmanship in the Dallas Fort Worth area for over 20 years. The company is now serving customers in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Florida, and Oklahoma. Effective December 2009 he was awarded a GSA Schedule Contract in order to expand his services to help provide government agencies with quality products and services.
His experience includes Built Up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, Cold Process, Metal Standing Seam, Shingles, Slate, Tile, EPDM, TPO and various roof coatings.
He is knowledgeable in various types of roofing systems including but not limited to manufacturers such as: Johns Manville, Duro-last, Carlise, Derbigum, Soprema, Tamko, GAF, Siplast, Sarnafil, Firestone, Tremco, Celotex, MBCI, Bitec, US Ply, Loadmaster and Berridge.
Jeff has recently started off this year with assignments for multiple building commercial properties. He anticipates additional assignments and looks forward to helping others in the construction, insurance and fidelity arenas.
He has had success as Elected appraiser for alternative dispute resolution for insurance companies and provided consulting services for Insurance providers and customers including scope of damage and roof pricing.
